Yes actually, they do work! Lots of shops in my country offer key services like that. The good thing about Aliexpress is they have strong protection for the buyer. worst case is that it doesn't work and then you file a complaint on the website, couple of days later you get your money back and keep the item.

Please keep us imformed on the viability of the programmer. I think we're all tired of being ripped off by the STEALERSHIP.

I'll tell you what I'm going to buy it try to figure out how this works if it works I'll post the service for $25 a key so many emails me their key I'll make a copy send it back to them and only charge 25 dollars.think about it I could start a service where someone mail me a blank and a spare key prepaid postage I charge you 25 bucks to pay pal and we start getting our keys done instead of giving the money to dealerships

The specs for the tool state,

"Easy and convenient generator of microprocessor software dumps
1.Support of keys based on the NEC controller. Such as 0x28, 0x35, 0x40, 0x51, 0x57, 0x61, 0x71, 0x81, 0x229.
2.Ability to check status and proper operation of Electronic Steering Lock (ESL)
3.Ability to program ESL right on a car (No need to replace it)"

This doesn't sound like it actually programs keys, but instead programs the ESL to read a key not previously programmed. My understanding is that the ESL is just one part of the Drive Authorization System, the main component being being the EIS. I'd like to see the documentation that comes with this device.

so basically what you're saying is you need both features esl and eis the other one that you mention they're pretty much useless and all i can do is program it to unlock the door but it'll never actually start the vehicle

It sounds to me like this programs the ESL, not the key (Item #3 in the feature list).
