I've got the w209 2003 car and i hit the front bumper and grill. Looking for a grill now, but i have distronic system installed, do i have to get the grill with the mirror Mercedes logo or the open one will do ?

U need the one with the plastic behind the star, similar to your pic

Yes, the sold star is the distronic transceiver. Note that if it is not broken, if it's just the grille itself, you can swap it.
