I Changed this out myself. pretty annoying, also most probably the bulb isn't burnt its corrosion on the connector. Rear my post:

I took apart the ashtray. No corrosion. Must be the bulb itself.

:Y btw i saw no visible corrosion but the bulb wouldn't work until i put some conductive grease, worth adding so you dont take apart the ashtray again.
