Wrong oil put into transmission

Wrong oil put into transmission
Hi,
This may be silly thing to ask but lesson has been learnt.
I changed the transmission fluid, the amount I could drain (excluding the torque converter) on a clk 320 auto.
About 2.3l came out. So cleaned the tray, replaced the gasket and assembled everything with care.
I then put 2.6l of oil in through the dipstick tube.
But after that, I discovered that the parts shop had sold me manual gearbox oil.
So i have 2.6l of manual gearbox oil into my auto transmission.
The car seems to run fine, although when I checked for the fluid level is just below the minimum.
Now that I know it has wrong fluid in, what options do I have if I were to work on it myself as a enthusiast ( apart from taking to a garage to work oi it)?
Any help advice is welcome.
Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately you will need to do a full flush with the appropriate fluid. Just doing another 2.6L change won't work since the incorrect fluid has now cycled through the transmission and cooling system (assuming there is one).

Thank you for the advice.
To do a DIY job on flushing it do you recommend any tips?
Yes, the place do sell the right fluid just the shop operator packed the wrong one and I also failed to spot it before I put it in.

What fluid are you using? There are 10 or so on the list. Shell 134 and titan 134 are the most common it would seem. I have seen plenty of products say that they meet the MB spec but they are not tested and certified ie I wouldn't use them.
