Do we know how many parts are compatible between the pre and post face-lift clks?

My rear driver side window regulator (part #2096700103) gave out I am looking to buy the part from a 2006 clk350 salvage vehicle and put it on my 2003 clk320.

The rear window regulators are the same part - even between coupe and cabriolet, facelift or not. Proper side is all that matters.

Is this true between w208 quarter window regulators and w209 as well?

No, the W208 rear windows only lower on the cabriolet, and it is a part specific to that model - it won't fit the W209.
