Head gasket or maybe something else? Advice

I recently had water leaking issues/motor overheat. Last night I drove it for 10 min then again no water in the reservoir so I added about 2L of water then drove it back to the shop, I hear the radiator fan real loud, I turned off the motor, opened the hood and I noticed a high pressure water coming out the water reservoir cap?

The guy at the shop kept squeezing that big water hose up front by the radiator and he said it looks like too much air in it and the radiator cap isn't designed for this kind of pressure. I must drove on it real hot so blow a head gasket

Any weird smoke or smells out the tail pipe? Are your plugs wet? Is there any milky look to the coolant?
