270 cdi have V Belt damper?
Does my engine have a damper along with the Tensioner for the V-Belt? the belt seems to vibrate a bit with the Tensioner pully but I cant see a Damper.

I think I need a New Tensioner, damper must be "built in" will replace it when I do the water pump at the same time.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
The tensioner has a built-in damper in the form of its spring. I believe there is an extra damper (a small hydraulic shock absorber) o the side of it for vehicles with manual transmissions.
