I recently got check engine light and I plugged in my scanner to find that both cats on both sides failed..... So this may answer my question as to why I've been getting a gassy smell. If somebody is selling one for a reasonable price, or know a person in the US, preferably in Florida hmu. I drive a 04 clk320 and i didn't mean new condition I meant a used but in good working condition

I found a complete down pipe system left and right for a good price. But it came off a 2005 clk500. Are they same as the 320? I know that the 500 is a bigger engine so I could imagine that cats would be different but I don't know.

I checked EPC and the part numbers are different, so I'd say no, that won't work. One note about this si that if the cats have dies, they may begin to spew molten material into the resonators and muffler, which can clog the system. It's usually a good idea to repalce it all.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! FML. Alright, well I found this guy on eBay selling the same exact part but wants $300 for each side... And now that I may need the resonators and muffler.... I'm better off going straight pipe right from the headers,no piping at all.. Thanks for the info

Buy some high flow cats and bring to an exhaust shop
