Need help on this acid stain situation..

Alright, so about a month ago I took my car to get it detailed. And it was a new company so I thought they must be good. I was totally wrong... 2 days later I notice this black dripping mark on my alloy silver leaf color rims. I thought it was removable, till finding out while washing my car 3 days ago that it was not. I went nuts, called the people and they said they don't use harsh chemicals on wheels. I highly doubt it but what ever. I tried almost everything to remove them but just can't. Any ideas on how I could at least fade them away a bit? I'll post a pick of them when I'm out of class

Is it coloration or etching? Just one wheel or all? What "everything" have you tried? OE or aftermarket wheels?
