I want to be able to stick my cell phone in a mount when I need to used Google Maps. I have this one coming from Amazon but didn't know if anyone had a decent solution. Looking for one that will work with an 09.

I have the same problem and I usually find myself having to hold the phone in my hand or place it next to the cigarette lighter in front of the shifter knob.

The item you listed is one smart solution though. Please let us know how it works for you as I'd buy one if it's convenient. I never use the CD player as I always use AUX so that's no factor even if.

The CD Slot mount came on Wednesday and I drove the car yesterday and today. The mount has a nice tight fit but it does block the display on the radio a good bit. This doesn't concern me because I only listen to Sirius or iPod and use the dash display. I think it's going to be a good solution. I'll try to get a picture of it.

On my facelift 05 it places the phone above the climate controls and just below the radio. Its really clean with or without the phone
