Staying water on longitudinal (under brake pump)

When I lifted my CLK I observed water dripping from the left front fender. I located the source and this is longitudinal (under brake pump). I wondering is there any bloked up drain hole or something and where is? That water comes from the hood.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
This area under the hood is not water-tight, but with the seals around it properly mating to the underside of the hood, and the water collector drains in place and clear, it should not get wet except in the most horrible weather. Check these seals and also make sure the drains tubes are clear and in place.
