Multi contour is the driver's seat only. It is air bags in the seat you can inflate or deflate to provide lumbar support, etc. Its controlled by three switches on the seat next to the center console, so you'd know if you have it. In '08 that was paired with ventilated seats (perforated leather) and they called that P3, but in '09 they got rid of P3 and made those two things separate options.

I find the regular seat extremely comfortable. I do wish the seats were ventilated though. The only other option I'd like the car to have is bluetooth. I know I can add it but not willing to spend the money. I just use a neckband/earbud bluetooth if needed.

You may wish you had ventilated seats, but not MB's version. I'm glad I have it just because the perforated leather looks cool, but the actual ventilation is so useless I never turn it on. It has three speeds, and if I put it on high I guarantee you that you could not guess if it was on or not.

Same in my SL - the ventilation is not noticeable at all. My wife's Jeep has ventilated seats, and you really feel it. In fact, if you don't know it's on, you'll think you've wet your pants.

My wife has a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland (HEMI) and it has ventilated seats that work great! Keeps my back from sweating. Sad that MB didn't make them better. They completely changed the design on the E-class Cab so I guess they knew it.

too bad they didn't split off the rear AC vent into the seats. I sometimes hang my elbow back on the arm rest to feel the rear AC output

The car i'm interested in has ventilated front brake rotors, AMG wheels, exhaust tips, and side skirts. The VIN is: WDBTK72F18T087692. Is this just with AMG exterior appearance package or both exterior and sport suspension, etc.?

Yes, that one has the sport suspension (486) in addition to the AMG styling package (772). All USA model V8 CLKs came with the AMG styling package, but the Sport Suspension package was option until MY2008 and MY2009 where it was made standard on the V8s.
