Eh, from just pictures, I honestly have no idea. Here is what I can tell you from the pictures. The first picture is of a sliding type caliper with pistons only on the inside. Where the second pictures is a fixed caliper, which contains pistons on both sides. Typically fixed type calipers are thicker than their sliding counterparts. This can lead to interference between the caliper and the wheel.
Second, when you add more pistons or adding more area, you change how much pressure is applied to the pads. This can mess with the front to rear brake bias, which can potentially be dangerous. With more surface area at the front, you may actually move that bias more towards the rear, which again is not always safe.
Lastly, I am not sure what the rotor size is for the clk320. The picture you posted of the fixed rotor says "345mm" which is the size of the rotors. Are your current rotors that size or smaller?
Hopefully this gives you some place to start. Im not saying its not possible, as I just dont have that information. But it might not be worthwhile is what I am getting at.
On a different note, you could always step up to the clk500, which has the 4 piston calipers stock, and is a nice power bump over the 320!
