Installing 2 cut out valve (exhaust bypass) between primary and secondary cats

Hey, everyone!

I am thinking about getting a cut out valve that is electronically controlled, but was troubled on where to install them. I understand that a lot of people just get one and install it before the exhaust and call it a day, but I also always hear about the catalytic converter taking away quite a bit of HP for emissions purposes. I am not an expert on back pressure losses and the actual losses due to the cats, but any kind of suggestions or expertise is appreciated!!
