Systems off after dead battery for long time

My son left the key in the ignition overnight & drained the battery. I got a battery charger to bring it back to life. The battery was dead for over a month. I finally got it started & the gas gage indicator, brake light indicator, & automatic seat belt's are off. The gas gague shows beyond empty & I JUST put gas in it. The brake system says it needs brake fluid, but it's full, & the seat belt is no longer "delivered" to me when I close the door. How do I reset the system to get all of these to work again?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You may still have a bad battery causing voltage fluctuations, which will wreak havoc on the electrical system. Or, in the process of charging and jump-starting could have damaged the SAMs - they are very susceptible to voltage spikes.
