Is my 07' CLK Totaled?
Well recently we had a slight bit of rain here in NC. And so I was driving my CLK when it hit a water-spot and spun-out and I hit a curb which broke my rear driver side wheel, and now the wheel is crooked and when your driving the car it looks like its driving side ways. So anyways had the car looked at and they tell me I need a new Sub-Frame, Tie Rod, Control Arm, And Rear Wheel. I was wondering would you guys consider it totaled and if it is not should I keep it or sell it because I need this will change the resale value a lot.

Do you have accident insurance? Ultimately, what they are willing to pay to restore the car determines whether it is totaled.
My preference would be to get as much as possible from the insurance and buy another car. But that is based on how I see my car. If it were the same situation regarding my truck, I would be inclined to take the least expensive route and keep driving it, if possible.
Of course there are other, safety related, issues associated with a bent frame. Those would have to be assessed, sorted, and considered. SAFETY OVERRIDES.... Good luck.

I doubt that's a total. Generally, insurance will want to total a car when it's repair costs exceed 75% of book value. I'd guess book value on your car is around $5K, so anything under $4K in repairs should not be a total.
