19" tire size

Im going to be picking up Mandrus wilhelm wheels in 19" black for my w208/AMG in a couple weeks and was wondering about tire sizes. I'm going 8.5 with +ET32 in the front and 9.5 with +ET35 in the back. does anyone have any recommendations? Do the offsets sound good as well?

I have a similar set up and I'm running 245/35 up front and 265/30 in the back.

I also plan to lower my car with the 19"s. but not to much, I want it to look good and not have to worry about every little bump.

I was just reading around and i believe that is correct. is 35 for the front and 30 in the back the highest i can go? the fenders on the w2-08/amg are rolled quite a bit so it could possibly fit, if anyone could confirm.

i think 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 is the best size and closest to OEM size so ur MPH reading wont be far off. BTW where in CA u located?

i am in Yorba Linda area. I got a used set of V for around $600 but the lip and wheel need to be refinished so I sended in for powder coat and re polish lips on all 4 wheels for about 400 so technically i spend 1k on the wheels. ya i am lookig same size tires. 235/35/19 and 265/30/19

Offsets might be dodgy.Check your OM.

Mandrus wheels do not fit AMGs, as a rule, no matter what the rep says. they fit stock MBs fine.

"if the wheels do not fit, they ain't worth s..."

Sorry bud.

i dont think the OM has offset for 19"
if you put a 5mm spacer in front that would make ur et +30 so 32 should fit then?
Can anyone confirm the proper offset for amg with 19x8.5 front

If you are running AMGs now maybe just upgrade your rubber. The car will handle better and you won't have to fool around with guesswork. IMO.

I beg to differ...

Running 19" Staggered Mandrus Milleniums with the same offsets the OP posted on my AMG without any modifications (cutting, grinding, rolling fenders, spacers, etc...). Have 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear, no rubbing and I am lowered.

The W208 chassis is derived from the facelift W202 chassis so I am guessing that the OP's choice of rims should fit just fine.

The wheels you posted from formymercedes weigh a TON and will negatively affect your acceleration and handling. I am unsure about the weight of your stock rims vs the Mandrus rims you originally posted but the 19" Mandrus Milleniums were lighter than my stock AMG monoblocks,
