If your car has HID's (non-Xenon) replacing them with Xenons may not work. My W209 Clk63 cab has HID's that I wanted to replace with Xenons. I did a lot of reserach and talked to several MB techs. Bottom line, the Xenon wiring harness is different from the HID harness and very expensive to replace. The Xenons require more power and may/will not work with the HID harness. If you plan to remove (HIDs) and replace (Xenons) check with an MB tech before you do.

what do you mean your car has HID's but not xenons? I thought xenons are HID's

No, Xenons are large and round whereas HIDs are bulbs.

Yes. I too wish my W209 had Xenons and don't know why it was ordered with every other option except them (a $1,000 option).

You can get them work. They just wont auto level when you turn them on, an mb tech gave me the same bs

HID is High intensity discharge, which is xenon. The ones that are discussed here are the normal halogen lights.
