Lowering w208/amg

I just purchased 19" wheels and want to lower it a little bit. I don't want it slammed or anything but i would like the top of the wheel to be about level with the bottom of the fender. Is there anything i can do that would be on the cheaper side without replacing shocks or are changing them necessary?
I was thinking H&R kit but is there anything else out there that will give me the drop i want?

I'd also like to know this as I'm fitting some 19"s next week.

I run Vogtlands. Firmness they aren't far off from feel AMG springs, softer then H&R but harder then Eibach. People like the way my car is sitting personally i would like it lower, i am sitting on #4 and #3 pads so i've got plenty of room to play.
Cheaping out not replacing the shocks, consider replacing them in the near future. Your car is past 10 years and shocks have seen better days, most likely the lower springs will kill them. Why most ppl replace them in one shot cause they might get 10k miles on OEM shocks until it feels horribly bad. OEM can't hold up to the heat movement promoted from aftermarket springs.

I am running H&Rs and my car is a little bit lower. I have a set of bils but have not put them on yet. It took me awhile to get the right spring compressor and do not try it with any other.

How long have you had h&r with stock shocks? How much did you spend for all new shocks also?
