Agreed. If I really fall in love with my clk55, I just might do this body kit, wheels/tires, suspension, and perhaps a 55k motor swap....... a 700hp clkbs would be a so fine.

You don't need it & it won't work with the coupe. The sub placement in the coupe is in the rear dash, the sound is directed into the cabin. The cab set up is obviously different because of the folding top, the sub is not a free air set (like the coupe) up but ported, the port direct the sound into the cabin.

I want to add a little to the back to widen it a little, not too much that it looks rediculous, but just enought to look good, its slight lowered with 19" wheels, trouble is sometime the tyres rub on the arches hence why one of the reasons for wanting to widen it. I have seen the Black series and think that this may be too much, I would like to flair the arches by 1 to 1.5" each side. Any ideas?

Just take it into a body shop and have them fab up some steel arches and work them in, I a few guys in the 209 section have done this including one recent member. I see a lot of that type of work here at West Coast Customs - the final product is flawless IMO.
