Rear window stuck...help!

So I'm driving home, basically hear like a wind noise, not too loud just like if you have the sunroof open and hear a little noise. I make sure all of the windows are closed and the rear passenger side window, went down a little and stopped. It's about like 1/8 of the way open from the closed position so I try to put it up, then it goes down even more...I tried a few more times to get it up, now the window is stationary about 3/4 of the way open and if I push the window button, I just hear like a crunching noise for a few seconds then it stops but the window does not move...same if I push up or down on the button but it doesn't move. Did the window like fall off the track or anyone experience anything like this? I don't know what to do. Just in time for the cold weather and the 335i just died today also with its 4th!! fuel pump failure. I'm having bad luck.
