Ported Intake Manifold

I have a W208 CLK55 and was wondering if anyone has ported their intake manifold and if it was worth the gains? I am contemplating between all motor build or supercharging it with an OEM Unit Kleemann is too expensive for the kind of gains it puts out. Also do any companies make any cams for our n/a motors. I know there are cams out there for S/C applications...
