I doubt there anything wrong with the car. Your 60' times are high. I did 1.8 when I ran 12.2 @ 112. DA was 1700' and 70* temperature.
That will tell you how little dyno readings mean though. My car dynode at 375rwhp and yours at 470rwhp and they trap the same at the 1/4.

Agree with 91RS. Better 60' times will get you closer to 11s. I ran 12.4 with 1.8 60' in a C32. With a V8 and some practice launching, you should do much better.

Changed plugs this morning.... see below...... Also stock paper filters dirty. I'm going to get some clean filters..... and new plugs went in this

I'm going back with this tune-up and cold air for one more try.\
I need to talk to hami and bbenz.... Hami's car has sim mods but much much higher trap...... I'll have to see if he was running the klee tune..... or something special from BB.

Also a quick note if you get powder coated vc's:
1 be sure they tape off the bolt holes for coils before PC.
2 be sure the cores you are getting don't have stripped out coil mounts.

No I've got Kleemann headers.
I was running the same setup when I ran 12.2 I had all season continentals. I'm not sure if you have an LSD but I have one and I have an eisenmann race exhaust which means nothing talking about HP gains
The time I ran a high 11 I had semi slicks that's the only add on I had. You should see low 12s easily
I'm running my cr tomorrow in bahrain. I have a coolant leak that I'm yet to figure out but I really want to bench mark before I swap to an 82mm TB

I"ll make one more trip to the track in better weather, and with more aggressive launch.
Then this car is for sale. I want to build a dedicated track car. Drag Race, AutoCross, Road Race. I found a C5 Z06 I want.
I'll take anything close to 19K for this car and it's yours.
I have all records/recipts since I bought it from MB of Sugarland as CPO.
For that price your can part out the mods and have a near free clk.
BTW - got the wife a new toy last night. PIcked up a 2014 C63 White/Black LSD 16 Miles. It get's here in 2 weeks from the west coast.

Wife got a new C63, so I got something more track oriented Z06.
I really missed shifting.
I've had a good time meeting all the clk people over the past 4 years.
I'll be lurking around.... watching Bbenz break some records with that weistec clk!

I saw you'd mentioned that. 03-04 Z06 is the only good C5 in my opinion. I almost bought an early C6 Z06 instead of my Grand Sport but if I can ever get the money together to cam it, it'll have the same power as a stock Z and I won't even have to think about valve guide problems.

C5Z, awesome car. Loved mine. The cool thing is, stock it is faster than the CLK55 with the blower. Will make a perfect track car. Here is a couple shots of my 04.

I booked 2 private driver road racing sessions in my z. 1st next week, 2nd week after.
I'm going to learn to drive.
Also booked a trip to the new road course in Austin dec13.
Just ordered tires brakes for the z.
It's rolling on orig f1s orig brake fluid.
Oh btw:::: stock posi black strips on the road in 2nd roll on is a real treat!

I gotcha. I wish I had the funds to go to the track. I went to Road Atlanta once with my C55 before the supercharger and it was a blast and I've just not had the chance to be able to go back. I also went to the drag strip a lot the following year and haven't been able to do anything else.
