The Devil is in the details and the one thing that pissed me off the most was noticing my hood emblem was missing. Obviously the employees at Evosport was jacking stuff off my car. But a hood emblem!! I remember way back when Brad told me the reason my airbag was off and my shifter apart was because they were stolen the most. WTF is that!!

I once returned from a deployment and realized that Vadim was driving my car and put 3K miles on it for the 4 months I was deployed. He didn't even clean it, bent my front grill, and it was trashed! I flipped out and went off on him and his reasoning was that he didn't have transportation!!

I can go on and on and on with these two vendors but I won't. That's what the court room is for..

I feel I have done my money.Does anyone know if Evosport are still operating,or any consumer groups in the USA to file complaints.

If they declare bankruptcy you could become an unsecured creditor. Unfortunately it could cost you 3,000 in legal fees to recover say 2.000

I understand there are reasons for a business to run into problems. Sometimes unforseen things happen. But it my experience 90% of the time it's ultimately poor foresight, poor managment, and a poor business plan. Regardless, you can't fix these issues with POOR AND UNETHICAL decisions. a business should never, ever play ponzi scheme with customer money. Customers ARE NOT INVESTORS and you cannot use them for cash flow to bail you out for what are business related issues. Find investors, sell the company, delcare bankruptcy. But refunding money OR TURNING DOWN BUSINESS YOU CANNOT CONDUCT AND CARRY THROUGH ON should be the immediate priority - if you want to continnue to do business someday. Taking money from customers without a clear understanding or confidence that you can complete the exchange is basically STEALING. Especially since the issues are a couple of years old, have not been resolved, yet the company is happy to continue to take orders.

I'm just glad I got my pulley a long long time ago from these clowns.

Man this blows & I feel for the OP, sucks when you pay for parts & never receive them - I know how that feels. Hope this gets resolved one way or another.

Yep....Earl, I think you owe me dinner for telling you to stear clear lol

All their investors have backed out in the past 6 months, they owe more than one vendor cash, the guy they hired to drive their CLK race car was shafted by them and I hear he is talking law suit.

Everyone shoukd have listened to me 2.5 years ago when I had my CLK towed out of their facility on a flatbed and brought directly to Weistec. I was one of their best customers and put them on the map for their AMG tuning and made them the premier Black Series go-to tuner and they screwed me over. They finaly made things right with me becuase I would not shut up or heed their crys for me to stop going public with the truth on these boards, when they and their investors realized my pockets were as deep as theirs and I was not affraid of their idle legal threats and had more attorneys on retainer than them, they finally made things right....or at least almost right.

I am sorry, I do not like anyone getting screwed out of their hard earned money but with the internet all it takes is a quick google quiry to do some investigating about a company or product, anyone that gave a dime to evosport after what happened to me and several other people on this forum almosts deserves what they get.
