Full reprog (ECU, TCU) and Blip Throttle on regular CLK 63
Last week I finally went to Germany (near Stuttgart) to bring my CLK 63 (non BS) to the expert hands of Ralf and is co-worker
My CLK had already an ECU tunning but don't know which one (precedent owner)
The meeting was easy and when you enter the front door of the workshop you feel in good hands.
For example a SL 63 BS rebuild with a 1000HP engine
They are in charge of the specific ECU programming
Or even a C63 BS rebuild on a regular C63
We started by a drive on their test CLK 63 , which have ECU+TCU +blip throttle tunning + Rear Diff (3.65->3.05)
It is more aggressive and brutal than mine CLK 63 => looks good
So they took care of my CLK:
ECU unpluged
I asked them to keep my existing ECU program. They offer me to test both (mine ECU program and their). To be honest on the test the difference felt not impressive but I decided to take the full pacakge because they had been made to work toghether.
The next day on the road to Affalterbach and the Nurburgring, I discovered a new car.
- The engine idle is more stable and the sound is louder.
- The throttle pedal answer instantly (no more or quasi no more latency time)
- The blip throttle feature is awesome. It is more loud and present in m mode than S mode. (Still don't know why AMG didn't do it)
The autobahn and the Nurburging were really hot

MBWorld Fanatic!
ah ok...is that a ECU or TCU thing? I've had both mine done by Eurocharged but haven't heard of that. Its the rev matching that the nissan 370 etc do. So the card doesn't jerk at all during the downshifting in manual mode.

CLK63 B(BS or not) ML63, CLS63, R63 or E63 have not this feature ON in software, so they modify standard (or optimise if you already have an tuned ECU) software with part of 63AMG software (with blip throttle feature as C63) to activate it. It is a merge software for ECU and TCU.
I don't know how the 370z does it but it is like the C63 BS (higher than the standard C63)
It works in M and S mode
