Too many Sponsor threads
It seems the forum is full of Sponsor threads these days. Every day there's 10-15 sponsor threads and maybe one other one from actual members.
Puts me off from these forums big way

I agree but unfortunately this section isn't really buzzing at the best of times so whereas you wouldn't notice in the E55 or C63 sections, the advertisements stand out a lot more here.

Wouldn't it then behoove both members and sponsors to keep the majority in the newer vehicle forums? Because honestly, who owns a 6-11k Benz that is now 7-15 years old will buy a 5k set of wheels, or 4k in carbon fiber accessories.... Really? Shoot, for that fact, spend 1k to have their roof wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl.... Just saying, a lot of these sponsors should either start carrying parts and accessories that are a little more realistic for these markets or maybe discuss the target economic demographic for their posts. That being said... I do appreciate their contribution.

You are correct most original owners will be gone by now and these cars are only still very expensive in a small number of countries. Unfortunately i doubt anything will change. I can only assume sponsors pay a decent amount for the right to advertise and I can't see mbworld limiting that.
