Hey, will this work with the 430 axles? I know I will need a new drive shaft, however I am planning on swapping out the trans to the 55 amg. so I will be changing to the 4 prong drive shaft.

209 CLK55 and 208 CLK55 diffs are different. You can't just swap them. They have different gear ratios as well.

That being said if anyone is looking for a 208 55 diff buy it from 2Precise. Then if there's anyone else that wants the whole diff with Quaife in it I have one as well. Prefer local pickup

I believe the covers are different. worst case you stand the diff with the cover facing up and swap covers without harming the fluid. but all the 210mm diff's are all the same psychically.

Different gears 3.06 vs 2.82 and also the 209 has a bigger diff I believe. M215 not M210. Can't just swap covers bro. I could be wrong but a simple pic of a 209 55 diff would give the answer
