Are those the AMG Sport Seats from Euro spec 209 Black Series/230 Black Series?
How'd you get the "true manual mode" done?
Awesome build!

3.06 gears are from c32 diff, you just need to get tcu tune for that.
Regarding manual mode, that's from tcu tune euro charged did for c32 guys. I got it done same time as gear change. Just sent my tcu back as I'm having some issues but they should be able to fix it. You just need to make sure you have egs52 tcu.
On seats, those are recaro pole positions. They are pretty much used on all special edition amg, except for clk dtm. bracket needed some research, blackbenz has same setup and helped with finding right parts.

2002 CLK 55 AMG cabriolet Eurocharged
A crafty Trailer Builder will build a suitable cage from 4130 molly tubing and it will be custom. (get rules if this is for upgrading to modified SCCA class)
Rail buggy manufacturers will craft a cage as well.
What class is she running in? We should be in a class B but I have smoked some class A cars in drag.
Looks like a lot of fun and I wish I had the resources to build a racing machine again, I am resurrecting old muscle cars now.
Relaxing and streetable fun.
Cheers, Gator

nicely done bro. I bet that manual conversion was a lot of work.
If you need more power, look for a crank pulley. When i had it on my w208 (320) it dyno'd an additional 11whp. I had the EvoSport UD pulley kit too. but with the crank pulley on my w208, you can feel the pull throughout the entire power band. Not bad for a V6.

Thanks! But unfortunately the tcu is not properly working, hopefully eurocharged can fix it. Im in the track this weekend and transmission is completely ruining my sessions. After This gets resolved I'll put more info on it for everyone to know what to look out for in case they want to do it as well.

Nice build !! Very cool to see another W208 turn into a track car and keep it NA.
Check out my page https://mbworld.org/forums/clk-class...ant-share.html

Chadzu, tcu tune for 3.06 is pretty easy, you can get kleeman or euro charged to do it. Issue I'm having is with manual mode, unfortunately eurocharged has not fixed it yet
Tery. Thx for compliments. I've actually been fan of ur car, it's one of the best w208! my wife is from Vancouver, maybe I can check out ur car when I visit her parents in couple of months.

Quant, keep in touch and let me know if you ever find a sunroof delete kit.
BTW do you keep you traction control on or off during track ? I know you can't really fully turn it off. Which setting gives you best lap time ? and your KW V2 setting ?
Since my car is fully strip out its really light at the back end. I put full siff on the front and 4 clicks from full stiff on the rear.

whats your front tire setup? wheel width tire seze, offset etc.
i do a lot or track days and autocross in my C43 and am considering getting a 208 CLK55 to replace it next season and move the C43 to my daily.
are you stuck with 225 width tire up front or are you able to run wider without rubbing? not sure if the spacing in the front of the 208 is the same it is on the 202.
thanks.

nice! thats great to hear. im guessing your fronts are 8 inch wide wheels?
Are you on stock offset wheels? or did you have to change the offset to get the 245 to fit in front?
i guess the easiest would be to just let me know exactly the size of your wheel and tire setup front and rear if you could, it would be a big help.
Im gonna be really happy if you can run 245s up front with no issues, thats the biggest mechanical issue currently holding back the handling on my C43 ; only running 225 up front.
thanks for any help. let me know if you ever drive on any tracks in the midwest, would be fun to compare lap times nice to see other AMGs on the track!
