W208 CLK55 delete cats question
I'm looking to delete my cats on my clk55. But I know this will cause problems for the secondary sensors located after the primary cats. (Check engine lights)
I started reading up on o2 spacers, but it seems they don't turn the cel off properly, on Mercedes.
What is needed before I cut out my cats and weld pipes in? If anyone could show me specifically what to order, that would be great.

If you're deleting secondary cats you shouldn't have any issues with check engine light. Deleting primary cars will require tune.
Regarding finding headers, I recommend just being patient and constantly checking this site and eBay. Going with other options is just not worth it. You can get custom ones built but that will be very costly.
If you want to improve sound of car and get little performance gain, you should delete secondary cats and get eisanmann muffle. This should give it a nice louder race tone.
