CLK63 (non-BS) tire size question

Looking to upgrade the wheels on my 07 CLK63 cab. Does anyone know what the max width I can run in the front/rear on a 19" wheel is without rubbing? I was looking at doing a 275 in the rear on a 9.5/10" wheel but I don't know if the clearance is there and don't have the car in front of me to check.

TIA!

On mine I have 265/30/19 on rear (9.5/19) and 235/35/19 on front (8.5/19) and there is really few space available, but I have KW competion set up so the car is lower than a stock CLK 63

Id like to mention that it is important list the tire make and model as they all fit a little differently.

Supercharged CLK500 & ML500
My setup is 19"x8.5 front and 19"x9.5 Rear, total et25 on both (Wheel et35 + 10mm spacer) with 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

With this setup, I had rubbing issues in the rear which I detailed how I dealt with it here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/clk-class...ml#post4833614

I still have a very slight rub in the front, at the plastic wheel cover between the headlight and the front wheel (plus, the tire comes VERY close to my Bilstein HD struts). Not a deal-breaker, but not ideal. When I replace my front tires, I will go with Michelin Pilot Super Sports (again) with the size of 235/30/19. This will shorten the height of the tire by 11.75mm (or by ~.5"), which will take care of the rubbing I described.

I have toyo 888r 275/35/18 radials on mine and I get rub around the outside edge of tire on launch. Did you have to make any modifications to get the 285 to clear? How many miles do you usually get on that tire?
