Mercedes Benz CLK Cabriolet 230 Kompresseor Avante Garde (W208)
Electrical fault
I have a CLK Cabriolet 230 Kompressor Avante Garde (W208)
My car has developed an electrical fault whereby every few days the driver side window, the outside mirror and the driver seat stop working. After a couple more days the passenger side does the same. An auto electrician told me to dis-engage the battery live terminal for 10 minutes or so, then put it back together and it would work. I did this and he was right it, did work, but then the same thing happened again after a few days. Its happened about half a dozen times now.
I read somewhere it could be one of the modules which can be found under the gear shift. Is this correct or does anyone have any other ideas?

post this into the w208 non AMG section (it is a lot more active). It could be a number of things, fuses going out or weak battery etc..you will get a better answer in that section
