You could probably make them fit. I think it looks pretty clean without them but if you have to do CF then I would balance it out in the back with a CF VIS racing diffuser and quad exhaust.

My guess would be no. The bumpers seem very similar but I think the angle of the slats is different. Dimensions might also be different. I wouldn't install them unless they fit perfectly.
Where are they available to buy? If they're not too expensive...I might test them out
