Hopefully you have a good relationship with a mod friendly MB dealership, if not let us know where you live and I'm sure people can steer you in the direction of a good dealership. That being said, nothing is a guarantee, if MB North America decides they have to send out a rep to inspect/approve a claim all deals are off. If you plan on modding your BS a heavily as mine or a few of these others you have to go into it expecting to have no warranty, otherwise you are just gonna be setting yourself up for a possible huge let down should a warranty claim ever be denied. FYI I have had a couple of things covered with no questions asked.

Like jrcart said, much of it depends on the relationship you have with your dealer. Warranty issues are not black & white and some dealers are much more liberal than others, especially in areas where car mods are popular, like Cali.
