2014 CLS 550 Service Reset
I know somebody is going to say that this info. is already out there however I couldn't find it! This is a compilation of several post and you-tube video's. I know this worked for my car...
2014 CLS 550 Service reset
1. On a keyless car press the start button one time for position "1" , If you have a key move it to position "1".
2. Scroll to the TRIP option on the display, go to the mileage display.
3. This is the trick, press the "Talk/Answer Phone/Make Call/Accept Call Button" (the one with the little phone picture)
AND the OK Button within one second or so, and hold them until you get into the SERVICE MENU (SERV).
4. Scroll down in the SERVICE MENU to ASSYST PLUS, press OK.
5. Scroll down to FULL SERVICE, Press OK.
6. Choose type of service being performed,(A,B,etc.) press OK.
7. Select OIL GRADE used (i.e. 229.5), press OK.
8. Select CONFIRM, press OK.
9. You are done!, Go to ASSYST PLUS menu and verify new status.(The "days late" message should be gone!)
It is my understanding this will work with CLS's 2012-2014, it may work on other models also.

Thank you very much for this. It worked on my 2012 CLS550 Service A message too. Now it says "365 days to Service B9". Gonna try to figure out what that is now.

Thanks for the PDF, but that does not work for my 2014, 1st as I have keyless ignition.

What eventually worked, though I am not exactly sure was turn the car on and then OFF. Then I followed the instructions (press phone and then OK and hold) and a menu with Assist Plus came up.(which looks just like the regular one) OK on that and then there was the service menu.

Hope this helps someone else.

rumb
