I have a 2006 CLS 500. I've had it for a while now and all of a sudden, two days ago I started having real difficulty with the windows. As I entered the vehicle, I was unable to lower the windows. Soon as I regained power and was able to lower all windows. Later on that day I lost all power and was no longer able to lower my windows, good thing they were up!
Unfortunately I thought it was just a fuse issue and had a mechanic check my fuses. For some reason the windows progressively lowered themselves and now I am stuck with a car with all windows down!!!
I also misplaced the fuse diagram, smh. If anyone has a copy they can send me that would be appreciated.
Also, we narrowed it down to a relay. How plausible is that in your opinion?
I work weekdays so I haven't been able to take it in to an authorized repair site but I am trying to arrange to have someone take it in for me tomorrow.
