2011 C63 Mufflers on 08 CLS 550

I had my amg bumper cut out and had C63 mufflers put on,however the exhaust sits too low and muffler shop says if he moves it up it will be to close to car floor,anybody know if that would be an issue or has anyone else successfully installed c63 mufflers???they sound amazing by the way.
