Command in my 2009 CLS550 "locks up"....??

The Command in my 2009 CLS550 has "locked up" on playing media a few times. Media in this case is discs and SD memory cards. When the unit it locked up, it won't load or eject a disc (message says "loading...please wait). If I bring up the source list, it will play radio, but not discs or files on an SD card. I hear the disc mechanism moving...but the task of loading or ejecting does not complete. I have tried turning the unit on and of and turning the car on and off. If I turn off the car and go away for a while (hours), when I return, all is well until the next time. I am fluent in car and home audio and video....this is a strange one. It goes to the dealer Wednesday, but they don't really know what to do. It has happened several time and though not life threatening, it is a pain in the ***. The car is under warranty.... Anyone else have a similar experience????

Is your car paired with a Blackberry via Bluetooth when this is happening?

It is paired (via Bluetooth) with Motorola DROID....

I have the same car and yes my car does the same exact thing. I do not drive it often so have yet to remedy this let me know if you come up with anything.

MBNA replaced the command unit under my warranty....
This problem seems common.
