Deepest offset allowed

Wondering if anyone has extensive rim knowledge or experience and could tell me the deepest offset allowed on our 219 shape? Looking to get some nice multi spoke concaves ealry next year and doing a bit of due-diligence now.

Any info is greatly appreciated!
