Hesitation when accelerating

Hesitation when accelerating
Had my 320 CDi for a month have noticed when you use kickdown or accelerate briskly there is a hesitation before the car gets going. Is this normal or have I a problem.

Mine is just the same, but remember it's a turbo and a diesel so there is a certain amount of lag, so it appears to hesitate but it's just the turbo spolling up, when it kicks in it goes like hell !
Put your foot down at 70 and see how quickly your doing 90 +
Did you manage to find the alarm buttons ?

Thanks I found the alarm buttons it still goes off even after disabling the alarm for a few days also goes off if I open the boot with the remote opener which it should not do. I suppose ill just have to put up with it.
