Has anyone else had that from a W219 cls? It doesn't smoke regularly, but if I rev it up in park it gives a puff of white at high rpm.

Any thoughts, bought this car from a pretty good dealer that still has a 30 day warranty on it as well....

Have you checked the oil level.
If you have only recently got it , it may have been over filled assuming it was serviced before collection.
