CLS 63 AMG 2009

I have a 2009 CLS 63AMG and my comand system is having problems. When I start my car the Mercedes symbol pops up and then slowly moves to the warning sign and shuts off and restarts. Other times it goes through all of this very slowly and starts to work. The sound works fine but turns off when the unit restarts. Also, it seems to be a very slow communication between the dashboard and the comand system. I'm not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help me?

Sorry no-one else replied, I've also noticed when I post very few reply. I had this on an older model. Took it to mercedes and they rebooted the system and did some kind of reset which fixed the problem. Cost me about 100 euros but didnt have a problem since.
