weatherstrips

Hi. I have a 2008 UK W219 5.5litre cls. Two problems. First is there is a leak when washing car just under rear windscreen. It splashes slightly onto rear shelf where speaker is. Is this a weatherstrip, or can I just glue it? Does the whole window have to be taken out? Secondly the weatherstrips around all the windows and fairly worn which is bad for a Mercedes with only 60k miles. Are these easy to replace and can I buy them online somewhere for delivery to Greece as I have the car there at the moment.
Also noticed when shifting from first to second its a bit jumpy, is this normal? Its in sport, manual or normal mode, it almost always shifts hard, especially when on cold start. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Wink

I have heard of the leak being the 3rd brake light. I have not had issues with it.
Door weatherstripping shouldnt be too hard. Check out autohausaz.com .
MB transmissions are known for issues as well as being known for rough shifts between 1st and 2nd; especially when cold. Has it ever had a service?

couldnt find on that site. Does anyone know a European website where I can buy weatherstripping that goes around outside of window for all four doors?
