Dnasty

I've noticed that whenever I wash my car and its all clean I wait for it to dry of course and eventually i'll roll the windows down in the front and the both come back up with some vertical streak lines. This happens on both front windows in pretty much the same area everytime. It wipes off easily with a rag just wondering if this is a common problem and if theres a common fix. I tried cleaning undere the rubber that surrounds the windows but theres only so far i can get in there and it didn't seem to help. It's annoying having to clean this everytime I roll the windows down especially when I have dark tinted windows.
