Krud Kutter does an awesome job removing latex paints. If that does not work I would try Goof Off, but that is basically like using paint thinner and could damage or stain the interior.

to make the story short. There is no way that you will be able to take out the paint without damaging the finish of your car. I knew this first hand as the insurance company sent it out to a automotive restorer who specialized on vandalism and they did manage to take out the paint but ruined the finish of the plastic parts. If it it on a clothe surface the clothe has to be replaced as solvents will not work on the fabric and will discolor it. My car got written-off because of this as the total amount of work to be done exceeded $24,000 because literally ALL surface with paint needs to be replaced.

Good luck with your ride but I guess you should be thinking of getting rid of it or keep it like that and run it like a beater car. Lesson to be learned...never ever put any paint inside your car and forget about it.
