Hello, I just purchased and 05 E320 CDI off of ebay for $12,500 with 129k miles. It is a 1 owner garage kept vehicle with a full dealer maintenance log from Scottsdale Mercedes in AZ. I am having it delivered to me in Newhall CA. I have owned nothing but Chrysler products since I was 17 (now 45) and I will be keeping my 05 Dodge Magnum R/T. I test drove a Bluetec E320 and really liked it so I am excited to get the CDI. I will plan on modding a little to suit my taste. Blacked out grill and chrome trim, tinted windows, 18" AMG wheels, custom stainless exhaust and a tune. I really like the idea of 450 lb ft of torque and still be able to knock down 38 mpg on a trip to Vegas. I would also like to have all of the wood grain on the dash hydro dipped in black carbon or something dark at some point. Looking forward to joining the CDI family and driving one of these great cars. If you have any helpful hints or suggestions I am all ears. Here are some pics of the car!

On thing you will learn about the local hacks is there insistance that your problems will be solved when you change the spark plugs---find a wrench that thinks differently!!

Cool I just bought my 05 in November for similar price with similar miles and maintenance.

I immediately slapped a GDE tune on it to get rid of the EGR. It was backed into at a shell station a couple of weeks ago so it's down for a week or two but I have put 6k miles on it already and am very pleased with mpg/power/highway driving.

This 2014 kia rental is a huge downgrade.
