2007 MERCEDES E320 BLUETEC
2007 e320 BlueTec, low power, Throttle actuator low voltage?
Hey guys, my 07 e320 bluetec has low power, engine runs and sounds fine and tranny shifts smooth. When I give it full throttle it just doesn't go. I can accelerate it to the speeds I need but it seems like its running on 20 percent of the power it should have. Check engine light is on, went to the shop and scanned it with the Star scanner and it pulls up this code:
2376-001
Check component N3/9 (CDI control unit.) Actuation M16/6 (Throttle valve actuator) Voltage is too low
The shop owner says he never heard of this, and I didn't have any luck looking the code up on google. Before I had the check engine light scanned another MB shop said it looks like its the intake port shut off motor. Seemed like that was the problem, but the code says other wise. What could this be?

Out Of Control!!
Well you made one smart move and had a Star scan. The poor move is you went to someone who hasn't go the FFI what he is doing.
Star gave you the correct information---Actuation M16/6 (Throttle valve actuator) Voltage is too low
You have a faulty throttle valve actuator and or a bunch of gunk stopping the actuation(call for more power).
Fire BS Billy and get a good MB diesel mechanic!!

Out Of Control!!
Are you serious, did you just fall off a water mellon truck---"how do i check if it has gunk"--you take the assembly off and check for gunk---do your homework there are thousands of you tube vids and web posts on the subject removal.
Remember that is an expensive part therefore be careful and know what you are doing!!
