No Throttle Response. I have a 2008 ML 320 CDI. It has an intermittent, no throttle response problem. While driving, usually in stop and go traffic, the accelerator pedal has no effect on engine speed. Acts like the traction control has taken over and will not allow the engine to accelerate. There are no warning or trouble lights that come on. I can pull over, turn the engine off and back on, and the problem goes away. I replaced the accelerator pedal. That worked for about 4 months. Now it is doing the same thing. An thoughts, ideas or suggestions?

In the absence of any comment here I would take it to the dealer & put it on Star diagnosis .

You may be able to talk them into another replacement at no cost. Obviously the problem is associated with the pedal.
