CAT sensor willnot reset!!!!! 2010 ML350BT
After replacing the AdBlue pump and processor, the CAT sensor will not reset! 500 miles, 7 days of stops and starts, and i still cannot pass emissions because of the CAT sensor! Tags expire at the end of the month!!!!
Any advice on how th get the CAT sensor to reset?
Thanks,
owengrad

Out Of Control!!
Have you found someone with MB DAS Xentry diagnostic software!!
I have also presumed that Wally's Tree Service did not do the work!!

MB dealer performed the work! They tell me to just drive it per SA. Service Manager will not return my calls. Tomorrow will be a face-to-face attempt to meet with the service advisor.

Ongoing saga; the Service Manager (new - 4 days in job) offered a loaner and to have a technician drive it a while in hopes of initiating a regen. An independent diesel mechanic checked the codes for me; NMHC sensors not ready (non-methane hydrocarbon). There is one pre DPF, and one post DPF. I have driven 10 days and 1,020 miles with no DPF regen. When should I expect the next regen to occur? A DPF regen is required to reset the sensor not ready fault. The dealership says to just keep driving; it will reset. Any comments on the longest mileage between regen cycles??
