e220 2005 radotor top hose pipe


hi everyone i got mercedes e 220 model 2005 when i was driving i found the car gives me that its high temperature must stop so i stoped then when i go to see the engine i found that raditor top hose is been cut and faling black sticky oil from it and same oil in the raditor first i thought its the engine oil mixed with the water but engine oil is the same didnt change from yesterday so i wanna know what is that black stick oil in the raditor and how to fix it?

as it showen in the picture pipe number 11

I would have the car towed to a professional who can look and smell the oil and make a diagnosis!!

actually it got no smell at all thats why im confused
some people in google says that if the coolant is old it may turn into black because the car was so normal engine and the gear no problem in them till the pipe got cut
