Torque for vacuum pump bolts

I have an oil leak that I was told the vacuum pump, 6422300165. Visual confirmation seems to make sense that's where it's coming from. i have the part but need to know how tight to torque the bolts holding it on. Can anyone provide this or a place to find it?

This is on my 2012 GL350.

I just removed that from my 2012 the other day. I'll dig up the spec tonight and post it for you.

Just an FYI, you can get just the sealing ring for that pump, if it's leaking from there, which most are.

Cleaned everything up and it seems to be resolved except a slight leak at the hard piping on the top/front of the engine where the hard pipes come together. Need to figure out if I'm missing a piece or o-ring or if it's just in need of a new o-ring.

I did a new gasket at the oil filter housing. That seems to have solved it but everyone I talked to said it was most likely the diaphragm inside the vacuum pump. Should have tried the gasket first, oh well.
